As a B.S. Chemical Engineer, Eva is dedicated to improve how safety is managed on multinational companies (utilities, renewables, manufacturing, metallurgical, among other sectors) through leadership and involvement in safety culture transformation projects, comprising work place safety & process safety, oriented to reduce accident rates and upgrade the current safety management system in a sustainable manner. She is also involved in the design and facilitation of awareness programs that promote safe behaviors and strengthen the decision-making process.
